Samsung has also released an exclusive new ringtone for the S23 series, dubbed "Over The Horizon."
The Samsung Galaxy S23 series, which includes the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, will be unveiled today in San Francisco at 10 a.m. PT/11.30 p.m. IST. Prior to that, the South Korean company released an exclusive ringtone for the series titled “Over The Horizon.”

The ringtone was specially created by DJ Yaeji, an American electronic music artist of Korean descent. As per Samsung, the idea behind is to celebrate and honour "positivity and optimism in an evolving world". You can hear it right here: “Over The Horizon”

Each time a new Galaxy S series is released, Samsung redefines its "Over The Horizon" theme while keeping its key sound based on the latest trending sounds. Yaeji's sound is easily identifiable on the electronic dance scene, accompanied by distinct synths, "lo-fi hip-hop beats to relax/study to" vibes, and kicks. Yaeji rose to prominence with the release of her song "Raingurl" in 2017, and her collaboration with the Galaxy S23 series has thrust her back into the spotlight.

According to the official press release, this ringtone, which was created by combining electronic elements, "evokes universal feelings of hope and joy, inviting us to imagine and be optimistic about what's on the other side of the horizon."

The specifications, signature colours, India price, and cases for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series have already leaked online ahead of its launch, and the phones are expected to be powered by an overclocked version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
