• Google Pixel 7a live images have surfaced online ahead of launch.

  The Pixel 7a, Google's future mid-range device that will replace the Pixel 6a, is anticipated to make its debut on May 10 at the I/O 2023 expo. Although we wait for the formal announcement, tipsters are working nonstop to regularly update us on new information regarding the phone.

The Pixel 7a has now surfaced in the most recent hands-on leak, courtesy of Zing News. These photographs showcase the design in all its splendour, and unexpectedly, it resembles the majority of recent Pixel phones almost exactly.

Although the Pixel 7a is usually seen in Black, there may be additional colour choices at launch. The fastboot screen, which is seen in the leaked hands-on photos, reveals that the phone will have 8GB of LPDDR5 Samsung RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Perhaps there will also be a 6GB version.

According to the leaked pictures, the Pixel 7a has a square design with sharp corners and is almost identical to the Pixel 7 series. The selfie camera has a punch-hole cutout in the centre, and all four corners have symmetrical bezels. On the right edge are the volume rockers and power button.

The secondary noise-cancelling microphone is located in the upper section. Two speaker vents and a USB Type-C port are located on the bottom edge. The horizontal strap that holds the twin cameras and LED flash is located on the phone's back. It appears that the panel is composed of glass.

Pixel 7a specifications (expected)

Recent reports suggest that the Google Pixel 7a would be equipped with a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.

The Tensor G2 chipset, which powers the Pixel 7 series, is probably what the phone will come with. The SoC will be coupled with 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB of LPDDR5 Memory. The device will probably boot the Android 13 OS right out of the box.

Moving on to the Pixel 7a's optics, it is anticipated that it would have a 64MP Sony IMX787 primary sensor and a 12MP secondary sensor.

There are numerous rumours claiming that the selfie camera will have the same 10.8MP sensor as the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. The phone most likely supports 5W rapid charging. In May, the Pixel 7a is anticipated to debut.
