The Acura Integra Type S of 2024 has been spotted testing on public streets. We dissect the pictures to look for hints. When the 2023 Acura Integra was unveiled, it sparked intense debate online. Some people supported Acura's new course, while others were adamantly opposed to it and even started the hashtag #NotMyIntegra. The more reasonable people made the decision to hold off on making any judgments until they had driven the liftback themselves.
We enjoyed a number of things about the 2023 Acura Integra during our test drive. The Integra didn't do much to evoke nostalgia for earlier models, but it did provide a thrilling driving experience that is very similar to that of the 2022 Honda Civic Si. Given that the contemporary Integra and Civic share the same platform, this is not surprising.
It's reasonable if some people aren't convinced despite the superior driving dynamics and suitably opulent cabin. It's one thing for Acura to bring back the Integra as a more expensive option to the Civic, but purists and supporters of the prior models want to push the new platform to its absolute limits.
We may have seen the first 2024 Acura Integra Type S performance model thanks to these spy photos from AllCarNews. Even though the 2024 Acura Integra is totally camouflaged with tent-style material, their photography ninjas have spotted it on the road, and its silhouette makes it obvious. Particularly from the front view, where the Integra's distinctively large grille makes it obvious.
The rear view was what really revealed this automobile, though. It is evident that this Integra has triple exhaust tips that are identical to those on the 2023 Civic Type R. According to AllCarNews, the exhaust tips are a blatant indication that this is a 2024 Integra Type S that is being tested on public roads undercover.
When taking into account the available evidence, it is a strong argument. Obviously, Acura has not released any official statements regarding these photos, but as soon as we do, we'll let you know.
