The Audi A8 serves as a rolling showroom of whiz-bang technologies, with Audi displaying its whole cavalcade of infotainment and driver-assistance technology. For 2021, Audi is boosting the A8's luxury by standardising 22-way, power-adjustable front seats with heat and ventilation across the lineup.
A wireless smartphone charging pad and a 360-degree external camera system are now standard. The Sport Style kit (20-inch wheels, front-lip spoiler, and chrome lower body cladding) as well as Matrix-design LED headlamps and soft Valcona leather upholstery are now standard on the top-of-the-line 60 TFSI model.
The A8's greatest feature, a 453-hp twin-turbocharged V-8, is found under the hood of the 60 TFSI variant. We'd get the Rear Seat Comfort package, which adds motorised rear seats with massage and warming to truly indulge our passengers, in addition to the more powerful engine.
The Executive package is also on our list. Front-seat massage, a head-up display, a heated steering wheel, blind-spot monitoring, and interior ambient lighting are all included. The standard 55 TFSI features a 335-horsepower turbocharged V-6 engine, while the 60 TFSI has a 453-horsepower twin-turbo V-8 engine. A 48-volt hybrid system is used in both models.
The 60 TFSI e plug-in hybrid combines a V-6 engine with an electric motor and a 14.1-kWh battery pack positioned in the back. The Audi's engine is smooth, but there's no fanfare to its power delivery, and sound-deadening measures are so extensive that it's almost inaudible with the windows up. The A8 combines agility and riding comfort in a way that is distinctively Audi.
