Additionally, they are made to comply with even future emissions standards, such as those that will be implemented in 2023, without the requirement of a Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF).

The new 1.2 mStallion T-GDI engine has the same cubic capacity as the XUV300's current turbo-petrol engine but produces 20 horsepower and 30 Nm more, at 130 horsepower and 230 Nm. Speaking of which, the 1.2, three-cylinder "mFalcon" MPFI turbocharged engine already in use in the KUV100 will probably remain in lesser levels of the XUV300 facelift.
