Ducati Streetfighter V2 2023 motorcycle is an updated version of Ducati's popular "Fight Formula" built on a Panigale V2 without fairings and with a tall, broad handlebar. Its 955 cc Superquadro engine, which generates 153 horsepower and has a dry weight of 178 kg, is managed by a cutting-edge electronics package.
The Ducati Red colour scheme is part of the Streetfighter V2 range, and with MY23, it is enlarged with the addition of a new matt metallic green colour that improves the bike's design: Thunder Green. The Streetfighter V2's 955 cc Superquadro twin engine is strong but fun to drive, producing 153 horsepower at 10,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 101.4 Nm at 9000 rpm.
The Streetfighter V2 engine, which is Euro 5-approved, and the Panigale V2 engine share a single exhaust system. On the right side, a little silencer protrudes, and the 62 mm-diameter oval-cut throttle bodies are operated separately via a full Ride by Wire system. Like all Ducati sports bikes, the Streetfighter V2's engine serves as a structural component of the chassis.
In keeping with Ducati tradition, the cylinder banks are arranged in a 90° "V," but the front cylinder is moved rearward to create a 21° angle with the horizontal plane, so reducing the wheelbase of the motorcycle. The Desmodromic system with sport-derived rocker arms covered in DLC (Diamondlike Carbon) serves to lessen friction and boost fatigue resistance. This valve-control technology is another distinguishing element of Ducati.
This not only enables more reliable performance over time and distance, but also more consistent performance. When braking torque is applied, the wet clutch's anti-hopping and progressive servo system permits a small amount of slippage. As a result, the bike will be easier to manage when braking and will put more weight on the discs when accelerating without sacrificing lever effort.
